This
page will allow you to review the current non-discounted rental rates for the
high season and the off season. Obviously, these rates are subject to
change by the Sea Isle Village Board
of Directors at any time. Like any other business, our rates are
continually impacted by the ever increasing cost of doing business.

Other
things to be aware of :

All rates are subject to occupancy tax... currently 13%
-
Three night minimum during the summer... two night
minimum at all other times.

A deposit of one night rental is required to confirm and
hold your reservation.

The deposit is due within five days from the date of the
reservation.
-
To receive a refund, cancellation must be received at
least five days prior to the reservation.
-
There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all reservations

Under current Texas law, no tax is due on stays of 30
days or more.

Availability of units is at the discretion of the owner,
so units may not be available from year to year, however, confirmed
reservations will be honored.

There is a 15% discount on monthly reservations in
November and December.
