Current Rental Rates

Sea Isle Village is a small, family oriented condominium, made up of 53 individually owned motel and apartment units, located on the beach in the friendly Texas town of Port Aransas. Forty-three of our owners allow rental guests to stay in their unit. Guests can reserve a motel unit, a one bedroom, a two bedroom, or a three bedroom unit, so Sea Isle  is able to provide accommodations for any size family and for any family budget.

Each unit is decorated and furnished by the owner. One, two, and three bedroom units also have fully furnished and equipped kitchens. Many of our clients prefer the individuality and style of a condominium facility to the boring "sameness" of a chain style motel room. Many of our families also prefer to prepare some of their meals in their own apartment kitchen.

The most recent amenity that has been added at Sea Isle Village is internet access. Sea Isle offers our owners and guests free access to the internet via a high speed DSL line in our computer lab located in the office.  Three computers are available for your use or, should you prefer, connections are available for your own laptop. Minors must have parental consent to use the internet lab, and they are indirectly supervised by the office staff when they are on line.
